• A 20% non-refundable deposit on all experiences is required to confirm our engagement. This ensures mutual commitment and secures our time together.

• For international getaways, please take care of travel costs at least 1 week prior to departure.

• 72h notice is required for rescheduling.

• Deposits may be held to apply to a future date within 30 days of the original scheduled reservation.

• Cancellations made within 48h or less will incur a 50% cancellation fee, equal to the value of the reserved experience.

• Cancellations made within 24h or less will incur a 100% cancellation fee, equal to the value of the reserved experience.

• On the rare occasion where I need to cancel, you will receive a full refund of your deposit.
